Refund policy
1) Return window (30 days — worldwide)
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return via our returns portal (exchange, store credit, or refund).
European Union (legal notice): the right of withdrawal is a minimum of 14 days after delivery. At Fleeters, we extend it to 30 days.
2) How to make a return
Returns are processed via our returns portal.
From the portal, you can:
- select the item(s) you wish to return,
- choose refund / exchange / store credit,
- generate your return label and follow the instructions.
Our customer service team is here to help if you get stuck, but you don’t need to contact us to create a return.
3) Eligibility conditions
To be accepted, the item must be:
- new, unworn (indoor try-on is OK), unwashed;
- in its original packaging, with all items received.
Returns showing signs of wear (stains, damage, odors, etc.) may be refused.
4) Exchange or store credit: free return
If you choose an exchange or store credit, return shipping costs are covered by us.
5) Refund: contribution to return shipping costs
If you choose a refund, we cover part of the return shipping costs. A contribution is deducted from the refund, depending on the region:
- EU: €5 to €15
- Non-EU: €20 to €30
The exact amount is shown in the portal when you validate your return.
6) Non-refundable fees
For all returns (exchange, store credit, or refund):
- the original outbound shipping fees are not refunded;
- for non-EU orders shipped DDP, import taxes / duties paid at purchase are not refunded.
7) Defective, damaged, or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at info@myfleeters.com so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
8) Processing times & refunds
Once received, we inspect the return and confirm by email whether the refund is approved (or not). When approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear then depends on your bank.
