Cancellation

If you place a pre-order, you may cancel it free of charge at any time before production begins, and we will issue a full refund. Once production has started, your order can no longer be cancelled before shipping, but you keep your full 14-day right of withdrawal once you receive the goods.

If you buy an in-stock item, you may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet shipped. Once shipped, the same 14-day right of withdrawal applies upon receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the “Withdraw from contract here” link in our website footer, or email us at info@myfleeters.com.
