Slow Fashion Order and Pre-order Shipping Policy
1. Commitment to Sustainability:
1.1. Ethical Production: We are committed to producing our fashion items using ethical and sustainable practices. This includes fair labor conditions, environmentally responsible sourcing of materials, and reducing waste.
2. Preorder Process:
2.1. Preorder Availability: Our sneakers are available for preorder before they are produced. Preordering allows us to minimize overproduction and reduce waste.
2.2. Payment: When you place a preorder, your payment will be collected upfront to reserve your item. This payment helps cover production costs and the current development of further models and minimizes financial waste.
3. Estimated Production and Shipping Timelines:
3.1. Production and shipping time: The estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. Typically, we are currently launching productions every 8 weeks to which you should add 3 weeks for dispatch and shipping. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change to ensure quality and sustainability.
3.2. Updates: We will keep you informed about any changes to the estimated production and shipping timelines.
4. International Shipping:
4.1. International Orders and duties
If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may have to pay import tax and duty charges.
You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country.
Fleeters are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by Fleeters in any way.
Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations:
5.1. Change Requests: If you wish to change the shipping address or any other order details, please contact our customer support team on info@myfleeters.com as soon as possible. We encourage you to consolidate orders to reduce environmental impact.
5.2. Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before the production process begins. Once production starts, our standard return policy will apply. If you buy from stock, you may cancel your order too so long as it not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, you will have to follow the retuns process.
6. Exchanges, Returns and Refunds:
6.1 Exchanges & Returns: We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it original condition and packaging.
To ask for a return, you can contact us on info@myfleeters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label with a return form and instructions. Items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted. Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. You will be notified by e-mail as soon as your refund has been issued.
6.3 European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
6.4 Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
7. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately on info@myfleeters.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
