Preorder Process:

1. Preorder Availability: Some of our sneakers are available for preorder before they are produced. Preordering allows us to minimize overproduction and reduce waste. 

2. Payment: When you place a preorder, your payment will be collected upfront to reserve your item. This payment helps cover production costs and the current development of further models and minimizes financial waste.

3. Estimated Production and Shipping Timelines:

3.1. Production and shipping time:  The estimated shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. Typically, we are currently launching productions every 8 weeks to which you should add 3 weeks for dispatch and shipping. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change to ensure quality and sustainability.

3.2. Updates: We will keep you informed about any changes to the estimated production and shipping timelines. 

4. Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund before the production process begins. Once production starts, our standard return policy will apply. If you buy from stock, you may cancel your order too so long as it not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, you will have to follow the return process.
