SIZING

What size should I buy?

Fleeters are true to size for most people who have tried them. We recommend selecting your usual size. If you are between two sizes, we suggest going with the larger one. Our size chart is available to help you choose the Fleeters size that best fits your feet.

If my size does not fit, can I request an exchange ?

Of course, you will have 30 days to request your exchange through our Return Portal. You won't need to pay any extra fee as we cover shipping costs for exchanges.

When will you receive some new stock?

We regularly receive some new stock and usually communicate about it on our Social Media or in our Newsletter. Stay tuned!

Can I purchase Fleeters in stores?

We are mostly selling online on our website at the moment. However, we are working hard to have our Fleeters available in physical locations. You can find the complete list here.

Do you have barefoot sneakers for kids?

We are currently working on a kids' barefoot shoe model that will launch in 2026. Make sure to subscribe to our Newsletter to be the first to know!

Where and how are your items produced?

Our products are designed in France and manufactured in Portugal, made from environmentally friendly materials, which are recycled and bio-based. We make it a priority to reduce the impact of our sneakers’ production and minimize waste. To do so, we work with BCome to make sure everything - from the composition of our sneakers to the manufacture and transport of raw materials - is traceable.

How big are your shoes’ soles?

Barefoot shoes are designed to get you closer to Earth. Our Fleeters’ soles are 5mm thick.

Is there a drop in your shoes?

There isn’t any drop in our Fleeters. Barefoot shoes are flat by definition allowing for an overall better body posture.

Are insoles included or do I need to purchase them separately?

Our barefoot shoes come with two pairs of insoles included: one 5mm thick and the other 3mm thick. These options allow for a smooth transition to barefoot wear.

Is there a design difference between women and men models?

Our women and men models are the same shape and volume. Sizing is unisex.

Are Fleeters socks barefoot and made from bio-based materials too?

Our barefoot socks are made of 90% cotton and 10% nylon. They have been developed with a larger toebox to provide maximum comfort for your toes, combined with great freedom of movement. They represent an adapted version of true toe socks. We are still in the development phase for this pair of socks. Our long-term goal is to achieve a pair of 100% barefoot socks that meet your expectations.

 Is sole flexibility a feature of a barefoot shoe?

The flexibility of the sole is a feature of barefoot shoes. A flexible sole adapts to your foot's movements, allowing it to move naturally. This flexibility is intentional, enabling the shoe to adapt perfectly to your movements.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Then, the following steps will be handled by the delivery service you have selected.

In which countries do you ship?

We deliver in most countries worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We currently do not ship to a few locations. These exceptions will not appear in the drop-down list on the Check Out page.

When will I receive my order?

If your item is available in stock at the time of your purchase, our warehouse will usually process it within 48 hours. You should then count 2-3 days for shipments in France, 3 to 5 days for shipments within Europe, and at least 7 days for Worldwide shipments outside of Europe (estimated time depending on carriers and season).

If you have placed a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change to ensure quality and sustainability. We will make sure to keep you informed about any changes to the estimated production and shipping timelines.

How can I track my delivery?

We partner with Colissimo and Colissimo International for shipments within Europe and DHL for worldwide deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link enabling you to monitor the progress of your package.

Are there some taxes and duties to pay on international orders?

Prices are tax-included (VAT included where applicable). For certain non-EU countries, import duties & taxes are calculated and added at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery.

Note: Import taxes and Duties vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna.

Why haven't I received my Welcome Code?

Please check your Spam folder, if not there either get in touch and our team will be happy to assist you.

Where can I enter my coupon code?

To enter your coupon code, use the dedicated field during the checkout process, just before finalizing your order in the order summary section. Please note that some promotional codes or vouchers are subject to conditions and may not be combinable with other offers. If your code/voucher does not work, please contact us. 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

I picked the wrong size or model, can I ask for an exchange?

Of course, you can request the exchange through our RETURN PORTAL up to 30 days after placing your order. You will then receive a return label. We cover the shipping cost for exchanges.

You will have 2 options when going through this process:

#1 Exchange for the item of your choice available in stock.

#2 Receive a voucher valid for a year

N.B.: Although, sizing can slightly vary according to one's preferences and habits (i.e. if you like wearing your shoes tight for example) our comprehensive size chart should help you pick the correct Fleeters size for your feet.

How long is the exchange process?

Our exchange process takes about two weeks from the time you send your return until it's validated by our warehouse. Once this validation is completed by our team, we automatically create a new order and proceed with its shipment. You will receive an email containing your new order number.

What is your refund policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a Refund through our RETURN PORTAL

By going through this process you will then receive a return label.

We cover part of the return shipping costs. A contribution is deducted from the refund, depending on the region:

  • EU: €5 to €15
  • Non-EU: €20 to €30

The exact amount is shown in the portal when you validate your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once your item is back in our warehouse and checked, we will issue your refund and you will be notified by e-mail. It usually takes a few days for this refund to arrive in your bank account.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

The refund takes about 5 to 10 business days to be processed once we receive your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Fleeters are made waterproof?

Our Fleeters are handmade with environmentally friendly materials. They are suitable for regular weather conditions; however, they are not 100% waterproof, so they are not recommended for heavy rain or storms.

How do I care for my Fleeters?

To preserve the original quality of your pair, gently clean them with neutral soap and a damp cloth. Avoid using a washing machine to prevent irreversible damage.
