OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of FLEETERS products to consumers via the www.myfleeters.com website. The customer's order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale in their entirety, and they take precedence over all other general terms and conditions of sale unless expressly accepted by the seller.
THE ORDER
The items shown on the site are available while stocks last; out-of-stock items are available for pre-order at a discounted price. In the event of the order for an unavailable item being placed or collected, Fleeters undertakes to offer a credit note or refund the customer within 15 days. Fleeters undertakes to send an e-mail to any Customer who has placed an order for an unavailable item.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The prices applicable to orders are those shown on the www.myfleeters.com website at the time the order is placed. Prices include VAT, exclude delivery costs and are governed by French law. Prices may be changed at any time by the seller, without prior notice, particularly in the event of changes in tax or economic data. Items ordered must be paid for in euros and online. Any bank charges incurred by the payment shall be borne by the customer. Goods delivered remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. Online payment is made by credit card or by using a PayPal payment account. The payment methods accepted via our secure platform are all European and international credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and Amex. Customers may also pay for their order via the secure PayPal, ApplePay or Klarna platforms. These platforms comply with the regulations of the card networks currently in force.
INVOICING
The invoice will be sent to the customer at the address indicated at the time of ordering. The price is the one in force at the time the Customer places the order. Fleeters shall not be held liable for any errors in the Customer's information at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT
Items are dispatched within 1 to 7 working days of the order being placed throughout mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Australia. This delivery time is given as an indication only and applies only to items available in stock. Exceeding this deadline cannot be held against Fleeters under any circumstances, nor can it give rise to termination of the contract or any compensation for damages. After a period of one month from the date of the order for an item that is available in stock, Fleeters will refund the undelivered goods by bank transfer. Packages are delivered by La Poste or an express carrier (DHL or FedeX) to the address indicated when the order was placed. Fleeters cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the goods. Fleeters shall not be held liable in the event of contractual non-performance resulting from a case of force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, riot, insurrection, transport interruption, import problems, strike, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm or flood.
CONFORMITY AND DEFECTS
The goods must be inspected by the customer on delivery. Any reservations should be noted on the delivery note presented by the carrier or can be sent to info@myfleeters.com within 48 hours. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Complaints concerning apparent defects in the goods delivered will only be taken into consideration if they are notified by post within 48 hours of delivery.
This letter must include an explanatory letter from the customer and the goods in question in their original packaging. Fleeters undertakes to exchange any goods found to be defective, without however being obliged to pay damages.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For products purchased online, the customer has a period of 15 working days from the date of purchase of the goods to exercise the right to withdraw from the order. The postmark or the date of the delivery receipt is the starting point for this period. The return or cancellation may concern all or part of the order. For all returns, the cost of return is borne by the customer. Partial refunds are made within 15 working days of Fleeters receiving the returned goods. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the order of the customer in accordance with the information provided at the time of ordering. Products returned damaged, incomplete, soiled or without the original packaging will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded. Goods returned after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
