SIZING

What size should I buy?

Our  SIZE CHART is available to assist you in selecting the best Fleeters size for your feet.

Make sure to carefully follow our instructions and just pick the size closest to your measurements. If you happen to be just in between 2 sizes, we recommend you go for the biggest one.

If my size does not fit, can I request an exchange ?

Of course, you will have 14-days to request your exchange through our Return Portal.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITIES

Why are some products only available for pre-order?

We are a slow fashion company committed to producing our items using ethical and sustainable practices. A big part of this commitment revolves around producing the right quantity of items to minimize overproduction and reduce waste. When you place a pre-order, your payment will be collected upfront to reserve your item. There is a 15% discount on pre-order purchases versus stock purchases.

Why are there different prices displayed?

Our pricing options are based on your purchase type. 

  • A pair of Fleeters is priced at 159€ for a direct order. This means your item is available in stock and will be shipped within a few days. 
  • We currently offer a few discontinued models at a reduced price of 139€.
  • For pre-order purchases (i.e. your Fleeters are not produced yet), we offer a 15% discount compared to the stock price to compensate for the delivery delay. A pair will cost you 135.50€ on pre-order.
When will you receive some new stock?

Our next restocking is planned for the middle of June. It will include the following models: Lemon Black, Lemon Brown, Lemon Green, Lemon Black & Blue, Lemon Tinsel, Lemon Fuchsia, Lemon Pink, Peach Green, Peach Brown, Peach Foam Green, Peach Leopard, Peach Flame.

Why are some items not available to order?

If an item is not available to purchase online with either an order or a pre-order, it means it will not be back in production. However, we will feature similar designs in our upcoming Autumn collection.

When a size option is not displayed, it does not exist anymore for this specific model.

Can I purchase Fleeters in stores?

We are mostly selling online on our website at the moment. However, we are working hard to have our Fleeters available in physical locations. They are already available at the following retailers:

PRODUCTS' FEATURES

Where and how are your items produced?

Our products are manufactured in Portugal and made from environmentally friendly materials, which are recycled and bio-based. We make it a priority to reduce the impact of our sneakers’ production and minimize waste. To do so, we work with BCome to make sure everything - from the composition of our sneakers to the manufacture and transport of raw materials - is traceable.

How big are your shoes’ soles?

Barefoot shoes are designed to get you closer to Earth. Our Fleeters’ soles are 5mm thick.

Is there a drop in your shoes?

There isn’t any drop in our Fleeters. Barefoot shoes are flat by definition allowing for an overall better body posture.

Is there a design difference between women and men models?

Our women and men models are the same shape and volume.

Are Fleeters socks barefoot and made from bio-based materials too?

Our socks are also barefoot and provide a larger toebox. They are made of 90% of organic cotton (GOTS-certified) and 10% of nylon.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

In which countries do you ship?

We deliver in most countries worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

We currently do not ship to a few locations. These exceptions will not appear in the drop-down list on the Check Out page.

When will I receive my order?

If your item is available in stock at the time of your purchase, our warehouse will usually process it within 48 hours. You should then count 2 to 5 days for shipments within Europe, and at least 7 days for Worldwide shipments outside of Europe. 

If you have placed a pre-order, the estimated shipping timeline will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change to ensure quality and sustainability. We will make sure to keep you informed about any changes to the estimated production and shipping timelines.

How can I track my delivery?

We partner with Colissimo and Colissimo International for shipments within Europe and DHL for worldwide deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link enabling you to monitor the progress of your package.

Are there some taxes and duties to pay on international orders?

If you are ordering from outside of the EU you may have to pay import tax and duty charges. You may be asked to pay these once your order arrives in the delivery country. Usually, no additional taxes are involved when you order one or two pairs of Fleeters.

Fleeters are not liable for any import tax or duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued to the recipient and are not controlled by Fleeters in any way. Import taxes and taxes vary from country to country and they depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS

I picked the wrong size or model, can I ask for an exchange?

Of course, you can request the exchange through our RETURN PORTAL . You will then receive a return label. We cover the shipping cost for exchanges.

You will have 2 options when going through this process:

#1 Exchange for the item of your choice. Some models are available in stock. If the item you want is out of stock, we invite you to shop around until 12 June, when all our models will be available.

#2 Receive a voucher valid for a year and including an extra 12.99€ for you to purchase a complementary pair of socks.

N.B.: Although, sizing can slightly vary according to one's preferences and habits (i.e. if you like wearing your shoes tight for example) our comprehensive size chart should help you pick the correct Fleeters size for your feet.

What is your refund policy?

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a Refund through our RETURN PORTAL

By going through this process you will then receive a return label.

We will assume part of the shipping cost but a small amount will remain at your charge (5€ for Europe, 25USD for the US). As a startup, we are not yet able to cover the whole shipping for this kind of request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once your item is back in our warehouse and checked, we will issue your refund and you will be notified by e-mail. It usually takes a few days for this refund to arrive in your bank account.
